  • Information you choose to share in messages or sessions as part of the therapeutic process.
  • I keep short notes after each session to help me reflect on the general themes or direction of our work together, rather than detailed accounts of what was said.
  • Contact form submissions are stored to facilitate the intake process and to provide you with pre-populated intake forms for your convenience.

How Your Information Is Used

  • To respond to enquiries and arrange appointments
  • To provide psychotherapy services and maintain required records
  • To meet legal and professional obligations
  • To pre-populate intake forms with information you have previously provided, making it easier for you to complete the intake process

Lawful Basis

Personal data is processed with your consent and to fulfil the therapy contract. Sensitive health information shared in sessions is handled under Article 9(2)(h) GDPR for the provision of health services.

Confidentiality

What you share in therapy is confidential. Information will only be disclosed if required by law, if there is a serious risk of harm to you or others, or if child protection obligations arise.

All supervision is conducted in an anonymised manner and your identity is not disclosed.
